Man travels 200 km through waterlogged streets to save child’s life in Chennai
Munnuswamy travelled 200 km in adverse weather to administer a growth hormone to a donor for a stem cell procedure to treat a child's immunodeficiency disorder. DATRI, a non-governmental organisation, maintains the largest registry of donors in India and Munnuswamy waded through waterlogged streets to ensure the patient received the necessary treatment.
