Sushant Singh Rajput case: Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda undergo a medical test, to be produced in court later

The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty and the late actor’s manager Samuel Miranda on Friday. Now, the two are in the hospital undergoing medical test. According to a report in Times Now, Showik and Miranda are currently at a hospital in Mumbai, undergoing a drug test. They will reportedly be produced in the court later. The NCB will be asking for the custody of the two for at least 4-5 days.

The NCB here is looking at the case of criminal conspiracy. They want to look at the larger nexus running in the tinsel town. If Sushant’s house was used to distribute these drugs without the late actor's knowledge then this will reportedly be another revelation.

Meanwhile, based on Samuel Miranda’s statement and testimony, it is very clear that he used to buy drugs for the late actor. In fact, he used to send domestic help to pick up the consignment of the drugs. There was also some entry of drugs inside the house made by Samuel Miranda.

He also reportedly admitted to the fact that Showik Chakraborty was one who supplied him the drugs. At the same, the relationship of Showik and the other drug peddlers arrested by the NCB has been well established now. The NCB is now reportedly trying to understand how they procured such a quantity of drugs so easily. NCB is trying to burst the other drug cartels as well.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is currently investigated by the CBI, ED and the NCB.
