A murder investigation has been launched

Barbara Osbaldeston was found dead at her home after the hospital labaratory spent hours trying to call her doctor's surgery.

Police arrested woman & her partner for killing her 1.5-month-old baby. Post-mortem showed a crack in the skull & broken ribs. It is suspected that Shanif had planned to kill the baby & had caused injuries. He reportedly slammed the baby's head against his knee, leading to death. Aswathy didn't try to prevent the murder or report it. Police registered case as murder & relevant sections of Juvenile Justice Act.
