ITV I'm A Celebrity's Fred Sirieix takes aim at Sam Thompson as fans fume

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! star Fred Sirieix found himself in more controversy for 'patronising' Sam Thompson during Tuesday night's show.

Fred Sirieix has been blasted by fans again as he continued to forcefully put himself forward for the tasks in the jungle despite campmates being told to all sit down as a group and decide who would like to go.

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! fans took to social media on Tuesday's episode as the First Dates star hit back at ITV favourite Sam Thompson by 'patronising' him as he demanded to do the joint trial with Marvin without a vote.

The campmates were instructed to sit down and stand up one at a time to plead their case why they would like to take part in the next trial 'fly on the wall' as everyone unanimously agreed Marvin Humes should definitely go.

However Fred interrupted Sam when he went to speak, saying: "You go play with your toys and we will go and do the men stuff," before later repeating that the Made in Chelsea star, who has been tipped to win the show, should "play with his toys."

"I have already decided I am going," Fred declared before Tony Bellew interrupted and told him to "chill out" and let everyone vote as a camp.

EastEnders star Danielle Harold also stepped in and told Fred it 'wasn't fair' as other people might want the opportunity to go along but the celebs were once again backed into a corner by the stars pushy attitude.

Fans took to Twitter as one person said: "Fred, if you make Sam pull that sad puppy face again, I swear... #ImACeleb," and another wrote: "Fred patronising Sam telling him to “play with his toys” what a p****. #ImACeleb."

Someone else said: "So Fred constantly slandering Josie about her cooking and now he’s patronising ADHD Sam by saying he’s a boy and not a man and yet the public still voted Nella out. #ImACeleb."

"Well Fred will be going home next the way he treats Sam and Josie is disgusting. #ImACeleb," another penned.

It comes as viewers admitted they had 'changed' their opinion on Fred following his comments and constant moaning about being demoted as chef in camp in a 'revenge' decision from Nella Rose as Josie Gibson was delegated to cook.

Josie admitted on Monday's show: "Fred's advice is always welcome he is a trained chef but I'm not being funny even Fred at the end of the day doesn't know how to cook a Kangaroo tail, it's annoying when someone is always looking over your shoulder."

Marvin and Fred tackled 'fly on the wall' trial as they worked together to collect as many stars for camp as they could and headed back to camp with five out of a possible eight stars.
